Delivery methods are as follows:

SF Express (Self-pickup at SF station/SF Locker/SF Service Center/Home or business address delivery)
SF Station Self-pickup Delivery time is generally about 1-2 days. Upon arrival of the package at the pickup point, customers will receive a pickup SMS from SF Express and can then collect the package directly.

SF Express to Home or Business Address (*limited to SF delivery areas) Delivery time is generally about 2-3 days. The delivery staff may contact you by phone before delivery, so please pay attention.

SF Service Center Pickup (7-11 Convenience Store/OK Convenience Store) / SF Locker Pickup Delivery time for this method is not fixed, approximately 2-5 days. Upon arrival of the package at the pickup point, you will receive a pickup SMS from SF Express and will need to present or enter your pickup code. (Please note that you need to receive the pickup SMS before collecting the package. For urgent needs or faster pickup, it is recommended to use SF Station Self-pickup/SF Service Center Pickup.)

The pickup point for this delivery method may not have space to store your mail. SF Express will call you approximately 2-3 days later and may request you to change the pickup point! (Please note that for same district pickup, SF Express will not charge extra. If you need to redirect to another location, SF Express will charge an additional $10 fee, which the customer needs to pay.)

Hong Kong: For 6 boxes or more, SF delivery is included. For 1-5 boxes, there is a $30 SF collect-on-delivery charge. Macau: For 8 boxes or more, SF delivery is included. For 1-7 boxes, there is a $47 SF collect-on-delivery charge.

(*Delivery to home or business addresses is limited to SF delivery areas. It is recommended to use SF Station, SF Service Center, or SF Locker for self-pickup.)
